By creating workshops, we want to gain comprehensive knowledge about your project to maximize the effect of our work. The workshop begins with lectures and exercises, during which we validate your idea, conduct research, get to know your vision of the domain and business context, and define the scope of the project.
After identifying your business and product idea, we prepare a project backlog and we estimate it. We define the MVP version, plan iterations, prepare their backlog and release a plan for the next product versions.
We transform your idea into a functional prototype. The process of creating your product is carried out iteratively. It is based on the prototyping and validation phase, in which we confirm that the project is leading towards the desired results.
